1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

We do not offer international delivery at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.

Standard Delivery:

2–5 business days

Express Delivery (if offered):

1–2 business days

Important notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, courier delays, bank holidays, or plant availability.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery address
  • Weight and size of the order
  • Delivery method selected

We may offer free delivery for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.
  2. Our team will carefully pack your plant(s) to ensure safe delivery.
  3. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information (if available).

5. Packaging

We use strong and secure eco-friendly packaging designed specifically for plants.
This helps keep the plant safe, upright, and hydrated during transit.

6. Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier may leave a card, send a message, or attempt redelivery.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition:

  1. Email us at services@mynvi.uk within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Attach clear photos of the plant and packaging.
  3. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

8. Hot or Cold Weather Delays

Because plants are living items, we may delay shipping during extreme heat or cold to protect plant health.
If this happens, we will inform you by email.

9. Delivery Restrictions for Plants

Some plants may have delivery restrictions within certain regions due to:

  • Weather sensitivity
  • Plant health standards
  • Regulation on specific plant species

Any restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

10. Lost Parcels

If your parcel shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will investigate with the courier
  • Replacements or refunds will be handled case-by-case
